A graduate of the Oxford School of Journalism, Waters is a British immigrant who started his American career in the Post Manhattan newsroom under the tutilage of veteran reporter Conner Banks and editor Harvey Winton.
He now writes for Washington Pulse magazine, which is as notoriously understaffed as the rest of the JMG.
Waters is one of JMG’s best journalists when it comes to national news and politics.
He has had a front-row seat for the decline of modern American media.
Oh, and his interviews with public figures often end badly.
